The kindergarten or clinic has no shelter at all.

Funding and procurement
We work through Prozorro and state subvention programmes for shelters in educational institutions, preparing technical requirements, costings and tender documents.

Testing with the State Emergency Service is in progress. We do not call the shelter certified until the document is in our hands.
