Why an egg

A shape that needs no reinforcing

We did not invent the geometry. A doubly-curved shell is the oldest engineering answer to external pressure.

The shell works in compression

In a doubly-curved shell a blast load resolves into almost pure compression. Concrete is at its best in compression — up to ten times stronger than in tension. A flat wall works in bending instead, and needs heavy reinforcement to survive it.

No seams, no bolts

Our shelter is one continuous pour. Assembled products are built from 13–30 blocks: every joint means sealing, fasteners and a potential weak point under dynamic load.

Curved surfaces reflect less

A flat wall square to the blast front takes the full reflected pressure. A curved surface sheds the wave tangentially, so the structure sees substantially lower load at the same yield.

    One continuous pour at our yard in Kyiv region, then concrete curing.
